Kim Crouch Ozman
Kim Crouch Ozman is a Talbot County native, born in Easton and raised in Bozman. She began her real estate career in 2004, at age 18, following in the footsteps of her uncle, a successful real estate broker. By age 19, she owned her own home.
Purchasing a home is an important financial decision, and it can be challenging for even experienced home buyers. That’s why Kim aims to be attentive and caring in her approach to serving clients. She guides them through the entire process, sharing knowledge gained from a lifetime on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and more than a decade working in real estate. She’s proud to call many of her clients friends.
Kim attended St. Michaels elementary, middle and high School, and Chesapeake College. Married and a mother of two boys, she has been highly active in sports her whole life. She coached high school field hockey for many years and now coaches and is very involved in her sons' sports teams. Kim is an animal lover and enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating.
